Pallicades Development
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Pallicades is a new property development in Lephalale, Ellisras Extension 114. This warm community offers affordable and stylish housing units that cater to first time home buyers, families and single parents. The development compromises of 140 units, stands ranging in sizes from 500m² to 792m².
PROJECT STATUS
The project currently has over 20 OTPs signed and submitted to banks and Eskom finance department. 9 houses have been built, of which 7 have been occupied, 6 registered and 3 under transfer. 4 houses under construction. The project has 6 types of houses to choose from, each house will be built upon clients bank approval to clients chosen stand and type of house.
